Pole challenge week 2: the drop down

Welcome to week 2 of my 10 week pole challenge. Ok… it’s been a little longer than two weeks, so I have some serious cathcing up to do! This week’s move is the drop down, which can be performed on a static or spinner pole. Renewed inspiration – 10 week pole challenge!

After nearly a year-and-a-half I again have calluses on my hands and bruises on my hips – and I love it! If you haven’t tried pole dancing before, or if you think ‘oh, that’s not for me’ – seriously, just give it a go! I’ve tried just about every sport under the sun – swimming, running, aerobics, basketball, netball, tennis, hockey, softball, volleyball, water polo…. but nothing compares to pole dancing (also called pole fitness, or just pole).
